Jamaican Day – A great success, man!

Jamaica

September 13th 2014 was Sea Dragon’s Jamaican Day aboard the Topline. What better way to enjoy the last few weeks of British Columbian sunshine than some fantastic diving, good people and Jan’s awesome Jamaican jerk chicken?!

The Topline dive charter, sailing out of Horseshoe Bay near Vancouver saw a host of divers turn out for the hot weather inspired theme day. Fantastic surface conditions, made only better but great visibility underwater, a couple of little-dived Howe Sound dive sites and a good show of numbers by the local marine life community.

Diver Angela Kujat; “Thank you for a wonderful trip on Sunday. We both had a wonderful time!” adding praise for the day’s Jamaican inspired food; “Very tasty jerk chicken and coconut rice. So yummy!”. He current request for the recipe has gone un-answered. Some things shall remain secret!

Throw in the stunning scenery of Beautiful British Columbia and some spontaneous kayaking (did we mention the Topline has two ocean kayaks onboard at all times – how cool is that!) and the first Jamaican Dive Day was confirmed as a great success!
