Sea Dragon Charters Inc. Cancellation Policy – Individual Divers
A fourty-eight hour notice is required for a full refund of charter fees. Cancellations made in less than fourty-eight hours will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
“No Shows” will be charged the full amount of the charter fee. There are no refunds.
Charters that are cancelled by Sea Dragon Charters due to inclement weather and/or sea conditions, or conditions beyond our control will be refunded in full. Trips are not cancelled due to rain. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather usually cannot be made until departure time. Only those present at scheduled departure time will receive refunds.
No partial refunds will be made for unused dives.
No refunds will be made for sea sickness.

A minimum of two week notice is required for any group cancellations, to allow us time to book other clients.
