Sea Dragon Charters operates two dive charter vessels, the Sea Dragon based in Nanaimo, and Topline based in Horseshoe Bay (West Vancouver).
This is a boat custom designed by divers, for divers. She’s safe, fast and comfortable.

Topline is moored at Sewell’s Marina, 6409 Bay Street, in Horseshoe Bay.
For the 2011-2012 winter season, you’ll find us in our winter spot at Sewell’s – that’s on the west side of the marina, at the fuel dock in front of the Boathouse Restaurant where you unload gear.
